M40i spacers and shocks

Anyone got a M40i with 21” with spacers and or lowered springs?
I really like the way the Merc SUV looks with its stance. BMW wheels sit in too far and look weird.
Post any pics if you’ve done this.
Not sure wether to go 15mm spacers and 25mm lowered springs or just the spacers.

I went with H&R 15mm spacers and lowering springs. See pics in this thread.

15 mm spacers and lowered eibach springs. Perfect for me.

I think half the visual appeal is also having the meaty tires to go with the drop/spacers. The OEM 21" have thin tires to me.

Meatier tires definitely help. I have PS4S on mine and it definitely looks much more squared on the tire versus rounded on the Bridgestones

...and Bouxie how do the springs ride? Those springs are on my short list for lowering springs.

I'm not a fan of the H&R offering.. I feel they didn't lower the back end enough.

Or do I just tell my mechanic I want it lowered 25mm?

Wow, that's very cool! Reminds me of those low riders from the late 60's and 70's! I didn't think that was possible with today's cars. Nice job!

Did you just lower or change the shocks as well?
