Passenger seat rattle

I noticed myX3M40i had a pretty bad rattling passenger seat when I picked her up at the dealer. Since then Ive lowered the headrest to sit on the top of the seat and tilted it as well. Anyone else solve this at dealer?

I know that if the seat belt isn't done up without a passenger then it Rattles a lot ! So it's constantly connected in my car and then rattles be gone

I put a piece of self-adhesive felt about 4" x 6" on the pillar between the doors, at the height of where the buckle hits, and rattle stopped.

It's the actual seat moving, not the seatbelt.

Not that it matters now, but why didn't you say anything when picking it up? You just said, that you noticed it there.. so..

My driver's seat (RHD) has been squeaking, and awaiting parts from Germany to fix. Apparently seat frame. It is incessant and driving me nuts, and no adjustment stops it.

Even the BMW engineer commented that it was VERY annoying
