low beam malfunction

Hello,

My X3 gave me a message saying that my left low beam malfunctioned. I asked a mechanic told me that the part is $90 and the labor is $45.

Can someone tell me what/which light I need to buy and where I can purchase it from?

There's insufficient information in your post to give you any advice.
What year X3?
Do you have halogen or xenon (HID) lights?
Is the light actually out or is it some other issue?
