Yes that’s about the right price, this fsc is quite pricy for what it does.

This comes as standard with Driving Assistant Plus, just activate it on iDrive menu.

Comber on idrive 6 also ? You can see in the screen the cars your bmw detects ?

No as iDrive 7 shows...I just see the car in front of me, not the ones on the sides, for that I just have blinking lights in mirrors and steering wheel vibrations.

So I just got my 2019 x3 back from the dealer. They updated the backup camera software for the recall and ruined all my coding

I'm trying to restore my 6NS Office functionality using Bimmer Code in Expert Mode. I used this 18 months ago when I got the car and it worked perfectly.

I must be missing something because the text messages and email are not showing up. Below is what I coded.

Module: HU_NBT
Section 3003.

Set all to Aktiv

EMAIL_EIN_AUS
SMS_EIN_AUS
CONTACTS_EIN_AUS
CALENDAR_EIN_AUS
TEXT_NOTES_EIN_AUS
AUDIO_NOTES_EIN_AUS

I could not locate this item to set it as Aktiv "PIM_BILDER_EIN_AUS" is it in a different area (not 3003)?

I deleted, and paired the phone and restarted the car as well.

I coded my 2018 X3 M40i with BimmerCode and my OBDLINK MX+, specifically the option to retain the last setting for Auto Start/Stop. Had to take my car in for service on the active grille flaps and they undid all my coding. I was able to get everything back to the way I had it except for ASS, it won’t code anymore. Gives me an error that it cannot be coded to ECU.

Anyone have this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Got mine back from service for the recall and had to re-code everything as well, including ASS Memory. Worked fine for me. Also using the MX+

Please provide info regarding something other than this video for X3 driver assistant professional View. It is easy to blanket statement that all idrive 7 vehicles (something an X3 can have) can have Driving Assistant Professional (something that an X3 does not have).

My only issue is that I don't seem to have the option to 'reply' to the text, not even a record feature... ? I don't care that much because I can just call the sender but it would be nice to have.

This feature needs 5AU-Driving Assistance Professional , not the one on X3, which is 5AT-Driving Assistance Plus

Firstly a big thank you to the brains trust that have help all over the years, big thumbs up.

I'm supposing this is the correct thread for this question.

Is there a PDF or document of some sort showing all the Expert codes that have worked on BimmerCode?

I for one am happy with the normal coding offered, however the expert type coding that is needed to fully unlock the iDrive potential is a little above my skills at the moment. Considering I have coded my previous VW.

If there was a sheet showing the functions and the associated coding for BimmerCode, then I'm sure this will help a heap of people in this awesome forum.

For instance, I'd love to find the expert coding for changing the internal lighting colour and indicator displayed in the HUD.

I've also made the mistake of purchasing a bluetooth OBD2 adaptor when it is clear, after the fact, that an ethernet adaptor allows all functions to be available on Bimmer Code.

I got speed limit info coded by fsc remotely by a forum member on here for about $150 a few months ago

The Ambient lightning is available in normal mode in BC under Body Domain Controller. For the second one, if you meant turn indicators in HUD, that is not yet possible in G01 (if I'm not mistaken). All this for ID6 - that's what I have.

Hi all, I am new and just tried my first coding with Bimmercode on my x3 G01 20i. After coding a few items (I didn't touch the expect mode), my records of mileage and average fuel consumption were gone in idrive. Could I get them back by restoring the backup in the bimmercode app?

And is it possible to keep such records while coding? Thanks!
