What type of straps or tie downs are y'all using in the trunk? So far I've been using parachute cord, but feel there are probably better options out there.

Nothing yet, but I expect to use bungee cords if needed.

I’m using a luggage net. It’s got a strong plastic hook on each corner that I hook onto the tether points. It’s elasticated - completely flat on boot/trunk floor when nothing in the boot/trunk.

I'm looking for one of these. Was it custom fit for the X3?

My one is from a previous car. But I’ve seen that BMW sell one - doesn’t look to be car specific. I’ve also seen on eBay.

On the 'Shop BMW' website, according to the note above the product, neither the medium or large cargo net fits my vehicle! How/why... it's elastic!!!

I purchased the cargo net (which I buy for all my cars), and I also have the cargo divider that uses the rails on order.
