Just thought I would share some pics of the cargo liner I installed. I could not find anyone in the USA who sold a tailored cargo liner that protected the floor, sides and split rear seat backs. I was able to find a company in England who would make it and ship it to the US. Here is a link to their site. https://www.bootliners-uk.com/bl/bmw/x3/1555 I had to communicate with them via email. Here are some pics, I ordered the extra flap to protect bumper (for the dog). Total with US shipping and the conversion rate was $243.00 US dollars.

You can still use the cargo rails and the side storage areas and access underneath storage!

I really like that boot liner, I could camp out back there (with the dog) and be perfectly happy in such plush surroundings, very nice.

Thanks, I'm very happy with it. I was surprise I couldn't find anyone who sells a tailored liner in the US. It would have save $100.00 off the cost between the international shipping and the Dollar conversion rate.

If you would search this forum, you would find this thread > https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1467135, and there info about https://www.canvasback.com/index.php...ers-14556.html, which have the options you wanted. 240$ or so (with side covers and bumper protector).

I actually did see that but the sides aren't (as) custom and didn't love the look. But you are correct that is another option, good call.

I've got the Canvasback and love it so much, just bought for the wife's AudiSQ5.

They are great. And, since each is custom made for the order, you can ask them to NOT put in the stupid LATCH openings if you don't have stupid kids.

Er...um..yea.

Great stuff. Search and find my pics!

Will do, I'll look it up, it's nice to have a US option.

I have the exact same boot liner! It is an excellent fit using Velcro to secure to the carpet/walls.

I'm in UK so it was £149.99 all in

I'm in the process of ordering one of these for myself, as I sometimes have to transport a ladder for work. In my 2016 X3 28i I just laid down a quilted moving blanket, but this just looks so clean, I can't pass it up. How's the quality of the material?

I have this exact liner from the same company. Luckily for me they're just around the corner from me.

Liked the product so much I ordered one for my in-laws X1.

We have an x3 and x1, I couldn't find the X1 version on their site? What year is your x1?

The quality is execellent, the only issue is putting up and down the seats separately you still need to assist with the Velcro that attaches seat backs together. Or you can release all the seats at the same time, if that makes sense.

I separated the velcro join when I installed and stuck it to the back of the seat. So no issues when dropping one of the seats which I do quote often.

anyone see anything that is made for the 2nd row? Crazy but I like to have my GSD in that row instead of the cargo area... In the 340 I had one of those hammock type of liners but I'm looking for something that has better door coverage.

After quite a long wait my boot liner finally arrived! Thanks for the recommendation, RKX. Looks and fits great without losing functionality, as promised. I wasn't sure how it fit to look so perfect in the pics.. Now I know---a butt load of velcro strips!

Only thing I'd change about it is maybe having velcro to adhere to the backs of the rear seats, rather than the straps that go around the headrest posts. Also, it takes a bit of finagling to get the seats locked back in after having laid them forward. That aside, I've yet to see a better liner out there for complete protection.

Here's a couple pics, 1 fresh after install, and one with a ladder in tow.
