I am in market for either a new x3 c30i or M40i lease and need advice on "lease payments. I do not have a trade-in and am open to buying outside CA
I want to do a 3 yr/10k mi lease with comfort access and leather seats a must-have.With just 1st month out the door what kind of deals are people getting before taxes? Thanks

I wish I could give you a number but from what I have seen here and elsewhere there is quite a range based on what discounts you qualify for and most of all how much the dealer discounts from MSRP. The range that I know of is about 600-800, no money down with around a 57 to 58% residual, before applicable taxes.

I'm choosing between the X3 M40i and an M550i but have no idea what kind of no money up front leases are available for the m550i.

But dont lease it will end up hurting your wallet in long run

Any known issues or concerns with leasing service loaner? I am looking at this deal for 525$/mo with all taxes and fees rolled in and only 1st month out the door on an out of state service loaner (4k mi on it)..10k miles/3 yr lease on 2019 m40i
