Why are you so sure? If numbers are true, cars with those 750 hp E30 maps will be no joke,

They didn’t post the Stage 1 E30, just the Stage 2. They told me Stage 1 is pretty close in terms of whp.

I would be interested to see what the stage 1 and 2 numbers look like in 91 octane. Stage 1 bm3 seems to be hitting around 560hp on the performance meter. Wonder how much more DPs and stage 2 would net on 91?

There are many threads on bimmerpost comparing mhd and bm3. Here is one but there are many more. BM3 and MHD are the two most popular BMW tuning platforms.

Not for OBD tuning. There are companies outside the USA that can bench unlock and tune the S58 which is pointless at this time as youre stuck with 1 tune only.

Some of the G80 posts say Mission is letting Betas run around with OBD unlocks and their tune but I’ll believe it when it’s released

Coming from an N54 - N55 - B58 to now the S58 i'm really blown away by the progression. My first time driving a 09 335xi N54 blew me away and now the S58 is taking it to another level (and i thought the B58 was amazing). Props to BMW for keeping the engineering at a high level and improving as they go... A tuned S58 whether it's MHD or BM3 i don't care (i use MHD), it's a monster (even with just a tune).
