Anyone know how to contact the company that makes the maps? I have a 2011 and between the original map and the 18-1 version, there are still a few roads I drive regularly that are wrong. Would love to be able to give inputs to the next update.

BMW used to have a website to submit corrections, but it's gone now. There is no way anymore that I know of.

Not possible with hard drive based Navigation systems. Only older DVD based Navigation systems can have modified database.
