Front heated seat retrofit?

Hello everyone, about to take delivery on an X4 that was suppose to have cold whether package but doesn't. (Online error). Anyways wondering how easy this would be to do. Plug and play with the heating elements. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated! SC Attached Images
