Does ride height sit lower for m40i vs 28i & 35i???
Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone out there knows for a fact that if our OEM x4 m40i sit lower than our 28i and 35i cuz it seems to me that every time I see a 28 or 35 in the neighborhood, I feel that they noticeably sit higher than my m40i and looks a little bit more aggressive (sport suv style almost like an x6). Can anyone answer this? Much thanks.

Sorry, I have seen no specification on ride height on M40i nor 35iM.
However, somewhere I have seen total height of 35i (non-M) and there should also, somewhere, be the height of M40i. There could be a problem with wheelsize - STD in Sweden for 35i is 18" and for M40i 19" - I believe STD in the US for M40i is 20". When I lowered mine, I got significantly better handling - but slightly worse comfort. A short testdrive in M40i indicated no significant difference from mine re. handling. |
