During the month of January I traveled about 3000km in very different cold conditions and I could never manually activate the preheating before reaching a fast charging point because the app icon appeared grayed out and you could not press to enter it . Me too until the previous version to this one, when something failed and started not working until now, and it is something that I have used many times before and after.
In my case, without a doubt something was wrong with the previous version 07/2023.50
