Picking up CPO M40i tommorow
Just introducing myself and sharing what im picking up tomorrow.
Was able to find at a local dealer a 2020 CPO X3 M40i .. with only 5200 miles! Here are some specs Alpine White Vernasca leather / Oyster contrast Driving Assistance Package Heated Seats Heated Steering Wheel Ambient Lightning Live Cockpit Pro Its a fairly basic build. I put a deposit almost immediately. I didnt bother haggling on price because i didnt want to miss out and im sure this would have gone quickly. Car was 46.5k. Seems fair considering other 2020 M40i are going for 1000-2000 less with 30k miles and this car was absolutely mint. Pictures tommorow. |

Congrats! $46k seems fair based on Edmunds (good to outstanding condition). I’m personally a fan of CPOs from experience.. had a couple of things fixed on my car that would have cost thousands.
Used car prices have definitely dropped and there seems to be a bit of a disconnect between asking prices and KBB + Edmunds values. Look forward to seeing some pics! |

Didnt get around to do a good photoshoot because of rain and errands but here are few pics.
Then unfortunately ran into some bad luck. On the way home from doing some shopping something came off a tree …not even sure to be honest and cracked the windshield. One takeaway is that it only hit the windshield and no paint work was damaged. Then on the same ride home the TPS came on and was loosing air in a tire because i picked up a screw. Unreal. Havent even used a tank of gas yet. |

Nice to see another car with the fineline cutting aluminium trim - think that's one of the first I've seen, other than mine! (My new car has the open pore wood trim - I clearly go for the less common options!)
Looks good, and amazing mileage for the age. Still can't believe your bad luck though - perhaps you should get a lottery ticket as the Karma gods definitely owe you now!

Definitely not a rock! It looked like a piece of a branch fell straight down and hit the glass. Thankfully no paint was messed up
