Need service history

Bought a CPO 2021 X3
Dealer didn't disclose prior issues. Argh.
How do I find previous service records as I understand dealerships are reluctant to give out this info even if prior owners name is blacked out.

A good starting point would be the X3 pages. This is for the iX3 which only gets its first service after 2 years.
