Hit 50k recently so decided to do spark plugs. Old plugs were still in great shape. And surprisingly were NGK instead of Champions like I expected.
Not a bad job at all, the back 2 are just a bit of a reach. Took ~90 min (including 15 min to jack the car up and remove the splashguard to retrieve the socket I dropped). It was harder than my allroad with the 2.0t but easier than the V8 on our suburban. |

I got mine from lamin-x, excellent customer service so far and they were recommended by members on this forum, although I do not recommend blacking out rear reflectors, they are very important safety measure when vehicle is parked. Front side reflectors not as much, unless you constantly stick out of a driveway or parking lot into a busy road in the dark.

Very cool.
That makes me wonder if I should swap to something like this since your combination is not available in NY B58 M40 B58 40I

Just a heads up, NJ DMV told me I needed to have a minimum of 3 alpha characters on the plate. Makes no sense and they couldn't explain why. Technically my plate is G"Oh"1 not G"zero"1... Doesn't bother me much I doubt NY is any less strict so just something to keep in mind when thinking up ideas for yours |

I used 3 'hot glue sticks'. I melted them with a BBQ lighter, pushed them (hard) onto the button, and then waited 10 minutes. I pulled straight up quickly; in one pull, it came off.

Yeah, I use the DJI Mini 4 Pro, simply due to the tight UK drone laws and restrictions.
I also have the DJI Mavic Air 2 S but don’t use it anymore due to the above laws. Both are lots of fun.

Awesome! I'm just getting started with he DJI Mini 4 Pro, really surprised how easy they are to fly. Have you tried the "follow me" feature with your DJI while driving your BMW? If so, do you need to be in a huge parking lot to try this feature and have the drone record you while driving? Plus, the range of this drone is listed at about 7.5 miles or 12km, does it broadcast the camera footage back to the hand held controller at that range? (Thanks Keefy) |

The mini 4 pro is a cracking little drone, it does everything I need. It will follow your BMW, but I’d do it on a private road or somewhere off the beaten track where there’s little chance of the drone having a collision etc.
The video footage gets transmitted back to the hand held controls on the screen, it’s relatively clear out at distance too, although UK laws are clear that you can only fly the drone out as far as you can see it….so no 7.5 miles for us. Furthest I’ve flown mine is circa 3.5 KM out over the sea, no issues with reception or receiving video.

I just got mine done last Friday and no mention that I needed to wait any time. I did look up the adhesive and it showed the cure time was 48 hours.

Can you smell the glue? It’s been a few weeks and my car still smells of the glue. Either that or the technician had a case of the BO from Seinfeld.

Brought mine in for an oil change with Ceratec, swapped over to the summer OEM 21” (really wish I had a 20” PS4S 275/40/20 square setup instead of this run flat junk).
Probably the last season I run these OEM wheels, thinking of moving to the Flow forged Superspeed RF05RR 20x9.5” with a +25 offset to shed weight and improve performance as well as ride quality. Bonus is they have a 66.6 bore so no rings or spacers are required. I am just trying to determine if selling the oem 21” setup will hurt resale value down the road… |

Did a ppf diy install today. A 12" strip across front of hood, also on bumpers, and mirrors. Took about an hour and $10 from Amazon. Hard to see on pic, but it's there. Pretty easy diy.
