I'm a Florida gal who's never driven in the snow. That "deliberately letting your rear end kick out from under you stuff" freaks me out! Cool video & beautiful snow & scenery, nevertheless.

And you own rear engine Porsches?

Up north it was the thing to find an empty parking lot at first snow of the season and relearn driving in the stuff, or just having fun as the OP.

Down south (NC) I mainly do events at the BMW Performance Center to learn inducing and controlling slides. Plus I've done specific skid pad events, although not yet with my new X3M. I have seen where you can drift it in 4WD Sport. Donuts are just exaggerated drifting..... The snow allows lower speeds and less wear on tires, etc.
