Black center rear valance/diffuser

Hey everyone, I recently picked up a 2020 donnington F97. I've been watching all kinds of videos about the car and the rear valance on the F97 in this video intrigued me:

I like how it is black like the F90 M5. Has anyone done this by wrapping that piece to match the gloss black accents elsewhere on the car? Would wrapping the park distance sensors interrupt their functioning? I'm not even sure how they work. I would ask the owner but the IG account on the car no longer exists...

So I went through with it and wrapped the valance. Super happy with the results. I think it makes the rear of the truck look visually lighter and sportier. The parking sensors still function completely fine.

This looks excellent. I've toyed with this same idea on mine too. Great to see what this actually looks like on a Donington Gray X3 M. The next step might be some LCI tail lights. But it looks fine the way it sits now. Modding these cars is always fun.

Thank you! The shop did it for $250 in about an hour. Evo Studios in Los Alamitos.

Looks good, while differently shaped it looks alot like my LCI one. i kinda like your Pre-LCI valance because it has a bit more of an aggressive shape

Yea it's a little more dramatic shape on the pre-LCI. I like how the LCI valance was black though, part of the reason I wanted to do it.

Truck is a little dirty but here are some more shots of the valance. I'm super happy with it. I think it breaks up the visual weight of the rear.

I kind of want an Akropovic exhaust now...

Please don’t. I’ve been secretly copying you with my Donnington Grey X4M. If you wrap yours then I’m going to have to try it
