Really, that is the strut top, a.k.a strut bearing, they take a beating and usually get replaced when replacing a worn out strut. They are available separately, I've replaced several. Maybe you're referring to different part

Ohhhh gotcha! So your strut tower is fine it's just the cap on the strut that cracked and the rest of the strut pushed up through. Yeah my situation is different, the actual strut tower (also cast aluminum) tore and mushroomed up.
