Does anyone have the Tacora Red Vernasca?

For the life of me I have not been able to see it in person. No dealer has one in stock, and it's not even listed on the sample swatch board.

On the website it looks amazing. Bu if you google it you find shades closer to pink, brown, purple, bright red, and everything in between. Even youtube videos vary.

For those that have ordered the Tacora Red what was your initial reaction? Was it what you expected? Did it match the webiste pics, or were you a bit shocked but not enough to warrant a return? what did your wife/spouse say?

I ordered mine on faith.. Getting the x4 m40i in dark graphite w/Tacora red interior. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

BTW, if you have one, can you upload a pic or two?

I'll take a picture with a white piece of paper to try to compensate for the rich color.

Hopefully the iPhone can capture the color.

So the best way I can describe it is like the legs of a nice red wine. Is is not bright like coral red.

When I saw it in person I was very impressed.

Ive seen the red in person multiple times now and I love it. Its pretty subtle In my honest opinion. The red isn't as saturated as the other red leathers I've seen on other BMW's, which I kind of like. Also the seats were really comfortable. I think your color combo is going to look awesome!

I ordered my X4 M40i in carbon black w/Tacora red interior.
I am still waiting for the new car, and believe I will be happy with it.
