Why would they not work with the wider tires? Because some rocks might still get through? Probably better than having not protection...

Looks good! Do you have spacers? Also, did you use the link in the first post to get your flaps? They don't appear to be available anymore.

Thanks! I have 12mm spacers all around. Here's the link for what I purchased off ebay:

I don't know of anything confirmed but here are some pics from the original listing which may help you find a match.

Edit - I am the OP and installed these on my 2020 X3MC

Excellent. But Jesus they got expensive!

I sort of debated on getting a spare set at the time but they are holding up well.

It's funny to hear guys say $59 is expensive to buy mudflap to protect the pain on a $85 K car. You fellas are too funny & tell me another joke.

How comes you guys just don't buy the genuine / OEM G01 units... ? They look & fit like a glove.

Do you have a part number for the OEM ones?

$60 is expensive because they were once $35.

My understanding is the G01 does not fit in the front. I have seen threads where people sort of make them fit but they did not fit as well as these.

Perhaps I was misinformed so please share the pet numbers for everyone.

I have to say, these eBay ones I got look OEM to me.

It's a piece of cake to find these parts. Just pretend you have a G01 X3 M40i & enter those basics into the system for part numbers. You can see my post (#23) here on page 2. I'll have to take more photos once they come back from IND painted in Donington Gray.

That's interesting- the whole point of looking elsewhere was the M40/X3M did not have an OEM option.

Is this a new part which wasn't available at the time? The thread I linked in post 1 confirmed no flaps for the M40 (and therefore the X3M with the same front fenders).

Please post up some pics once you get them painted.

That's what I want done. What is IND charging for painting Donington?

I will certainly post some photos of the finished product.

Anything that IND touches will not be cheap. But when you see the flawless finish in all their paint work it's well worth it & you'll no longer wonder why. Mine was $600 + shipping. Just hope it looks as good on the car as it does in my head. LOL

I thought you got OEM and had IND paint?

My X3 pretty much lives in the garage (2020 - 7k miles) but the mud flaps are holding up nicely.

I did & the paint turned out Excellent. But the more I look at the eBay units & see it on lighter color X3 M's the more I'm changing my mind. Expensive mistake I know.

I’ve made worse…

Perhaps you can sell them if you like the eBay ones. Won’t cost much to see if you do like them.

woowzers. Thats a pretty penny for a mudflap. But if it's a perfect match and flawless paint then I can see how to some people it'd be worth it. I bought some mudflaps from alibaba; waiting for them to arrive. I also bought some of the donnington grey aerosol (rattlecan) from automotivetouchup. We'll see how well my spray game is. I have a feeling i'll need to do some buffing.

Top notch paint will never be cheap. But the final product doesn't compare to anything else. The paint booth & people at IND consistently produce a finish that's better that factory standards, so I pay the extra fee.

Man. Either I suck at spray bomb, or this metallic is a pain (probably the former). I ordered the Donnington Gray from automotivetouchup in aerosol since I don’t have an actual spray gun. It keeps coming out either perfect color but splotchy, or too dark of a gray instead of a silver.
I thought it was me using a gray primer initially, but I switched to white primer and it didn’t make much difference. For some reason in the pics it doesn’t look like there’s a clear coat on it, but there is. Might have to do with the ceramic coat on the car and me not buffing out the clear on the mud flap bc…welll… it’s a mud flap. I’m spending too much time on this, lol
