M5 CS inspired look for my X3M build

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Drawing a little inspiration from the M5 CS.

Full Build can be found here - BMW X3M in Individual Color British Racing Green

I have seen 2 fellow X3M owners mount the Style 827M wheels on their F97's. A black set and a gold set. The gold set on Alpine White and the other on a wrapped X3M in a turquoise green with the black set.

Figured this was a great set up, and much lower cost then a set of BBS FI-R Evo's or BBS RI-D's.

Here is the set up:

Future Classic M14 Steel Stud Conversion - 80MM
OEM Style 827M in Gold - 20X10.5 Squared ET:20 - SKU: 36107884366
Michelin Pilot Super Sport 4S - 275/40/20

Love the fact that I no longer have to run spacers. No rubbing, no fitment issues.

Thanks to M Autowerks for mounting and balancing the new set up.

Stock 21's coming off

Future Classic Stud Kit installed

Wheels mounted

Front wheels - 275/40/20's

Close up

Wheels Mounted on Dirty Car

After the Wash and some great weather I was able to take some nice clean shots

Detailer's Domain Front Line Ready

A few shots from various locations

Looks awesome man & I'm glad the G80 wheels fit without any fuss. I thought for sure the wheels in the front would rub on the outer strut body assembly. But I guess not. Job well done on this.

Thanks for sharing in our Members' Wheel and Tire thread, Detailers Domain - I was able to find the ET and the wheel wts so have added your entry in the 'Known Wts' section. https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1949903 Comes in at only 213 lbs total for 7th lightest entry in the entire list - nice job!

Yup no issues, a little risky but with the help of the other 2 x3m owners it was a bit more comforting to pull the trigger.

Awesome didn't realize there was even a thread up till I saw the sticky. OEM plus and 7th place can't get much better than that

I would put the stock springs back on and install wider tires in the rear. CS wheels are 20x10.5 rear. You can run 305/R not sure about lowering SAV.

Bro, I think I saw your car a year ago, at taste 1080 in Fort Lee? If not I saw something similar, and it looks good.
