Kies has a decent video for installing a Dahler module on an S58. The video is for an M3, but connections are the same for the JB4.

That video along with the JB4 instructions should be all you need.

That, and some time and patience to get to the charge pipe sensor.

I drove the front end on ramps, removed the bottom engine cover (just a bunch of torx), fed the wire from the top, then stuck my hand up to hook it up.

I am downplaying how difficult it was, my hands were cut up and I had to get into the right position to do it. Hand kept cramping up, but it was December, so that’s my fault. Took around 30 minutes.

The popular alternative is popping the rivets in the wheel well to partially remove the liner and reach in from the side. If you have the rivets and rivet tool, it might take less time.

If you plan on replacing the reflectors with paint matched ones, you can do them both at the same time, as the reflectors require removing part of the wheel well liner.

Like the JB4 instructions say, pull off the drivers side wheel and turn steering to the right. There is a panel that allows access. It is like 8-10 or so 8mm trim screws. Then look forward and up and you'll see - just like the JB4 pic.
