Hey guys, I know this has been posted a million times, but every thread I've read about this has just lead to more confusion. So as my title states, my X3 has halogen lights for everything up front. I'm looking for recommendations on good bulb upgrades for the lowbeams and DRLs. I might eventually get to the high beams and turn signals, but those aren't as important to me right now. So I've pretty much figured my easiest bet for an upgrade would be like Philips Xtremevisions or bulbs that are similar. Has anyone had great success with bulbs like these? Which ones would you recommend? I've also been looking at LED conversion kits such as Beamtech H11 LEDs and even Xenon Pro LED headlights. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm trying to avoid having to code or having to reposition the beam pattern. Any help and clarity would be greatly appreciated! Links to whatever light setups you have too for the bulbs would be ideal as well.
Not sure if this matters or not by the way, but I'm in the US. |

I've never seen a huge improvement with these Halogen + bulbs, sure a little brighter, but not too much. They also tend to burn out much quicker. Just stay away from the blue ones.
Put them on one side only and take a drive at night to see the difference. |

I found these a little brighter when used on my wife's little SEAT.
