Vehicle: 2011 BMW X3 (35i).

Some months back i began playing around with coding for the car. It was certainly a very messy, daunting experience but i managed to change a couple settings.

Months later i totally forget what settings could be changed. When parked and i press the button to turn off the engine the vehicle then goes into Accessory mode keeping the radio playing. I can exit the car and everything remains on. AFAIK this will continue until the battery discharged to a certain point at which time the vehicle finally cuts the power.

Is there a code setting to change the default behavior of the Stop engine button so that when i press the button it not only Stops the engine but also turns off accessories like every other normal car? What is the code for this so that i can quickly get this done?

I haven't tried it myself but I believe you are looking for this coding option:
Electronics off when door opened: 3000 --> TC_LOGIC_KLR_OFF_DOOR set to: aktiv

If you are looking for some coding options this Word document has most of the options available for a F25. I know some didn't work on My '17 however most did.

I have it coded where 1 press to turn off engine then when I open the drivers door it shuts off the radio

Also I believe it is factory coded in where if you lock the car with the engine off it should shut everything off.
