I have a RHD X3 30D, and the rubber of the door handle has worn as per the picture here


Where is the best place to get a replacement and how is it replaced ?

Lots of threads on this. But the answer is eBay. You can't get it from BMW but some some Chinese company makes them.

Order one of these it snaps right and covers the bad one and looks stock... Worked great on my 2011

Except that one is for LHD and won't work for the OP since they need one for RHD which is a different but mirror image part

You could probably find one for the right side of the vehicle on ebay or amazon au.
It's a common failure. Pop out the flat back piece and discard, then insert the new part on top of the old part, enjoy the new non-sticky pull.

I found mine (LHD) on Amazon. Just pop out that insert and then slide in the new one. No need to remove the door card.

eBay is your friend. Picked the plastic insert up. Fits great.
