I have installed Active Autowerks, Evolution Racewerks, and a few other brands on off-road use cars.

AA and ER are the 2 top notch brands in quality and fitment.
But most others that are from overseas, hit and miss. Some have O2 bung position issue, some have fitment issue, some have quality issue.
Yea, they are super cheap and claim to be made in USA, but for who know, they know where it is made at.

We are MAD... Our downpipes fit perfectly. I assume you are trying to buy local and don't want to ship.

Shipping is a issues as once they are in the UK I will have to pay a customs charge so the cost is just adding up. Unless you have any other suggestions

Stock cat is very restrictive and not good even for stage 1, after changing - u have much less turbo lag and delay

I just recently installed 200CEL sport cats and I do not have any noticeable difference when it comes to turbo lag. It's Stage 1 at the moment still. Tested stage 2 but when I started it up for my morning commute the vehicle was violently shaking so I turned it off and flashed stage 1 again. No rough start-up since...I want to get this figured out so I can hopefully see some gains with stage 2.

I bought my 2020 X3MC used with 18k miles so no idea how much this was beat on before I got it. Is there anything else that might be restricting the acceleration? When I floor it without launch control it feels like it stands still for a couple seconds and then starts to accelerate. First turbo vehicle so im not used to the lag what-so-ever.

Any help is very much appreciated!

Thanks

From what I've seen...catless on this platform makes very little difference. The stock cats seem to be pretty free flowing. However it might help not burn up the cats over time but thats about it. People are dynoing on bone stock hardware and just a flash on 93 or E60 and hitting over 550 to 680 WHP respectively.
