I'm glad you got the issue resolved. I have some H&R springs arriving soon along with the (DINAN bump stop kit) + the mono-ball kit too. But I almost selected the DINAN springs instead.

The drop is almost identical (H&R 1" rear / 1.2" front -VS- DINAN 1" front & rear). But, I noticed the rear springs on the early DINAN versions didn't appear (at least in their product photos) to have that jacket / isolator thing on the upper part of the rear springs. Which they should've included.

Is that the issue you're speaking of that maybe caused a little squeak during compression on bigger bumps... ?

I used some double sided tape to put them on and make sure they were aligned correctly then used the self tapping screws that came with the skirts.

Really easy.

Hello,

yes the initial round of springs from Dinan did not include the full plastic sleeves and caused a 'clunking' noise. Once Dinan sent the updated sleeves they worked fine and the noise was gone. My understanding is this was only the case for a few first sets.

Longer paddles is a must.

Autoteknik option I liked but seemed a little thin so I just made my own. But, many good options exist.

Was never detailed from dealer, my guy will be doing paint correction and ceramic coating this Sunday. Really curious to compare the before/after!

No it's from Harbor Freight. Works great and was only $20.

New set of PS4S and alignment, and also paid for the most current i-step update through their ISTA-P software (Mar '22 version). Not sure what this one provides, but prefer to keep my 2020 current with BMW's tech. For those unfamiliar with that, here is the discussion thread: https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1808564

Thanks man! The car looks very sharp after every visit to DD. Had few panels redone with PPF cause I am OCD when the car is new.

Upgraded my worn-out Continentals to 265/295 Michelin PS4S and my butt dyno noticed a significant decrease in bounciness on my 10-mile drive back home.

I never had an issue with the Continentals or the ride, but I also knew I'd prefer Michelin over Continental.
