Got it from IND.

That is the part number, but that one is for the one without the camera hole. Not sure if it is the same for the one with the camera.

Finally! I made it after months of waiting. What a change! Love it.

Changing this was so easy that I'll slap anyone who pays for this. Literally 25 seconds of work to get to the clips.

Got it during the day and couldn't wait to change it, did it for today before anything else and during the week I'll change the rest. The most necessary part to replace was the grill!

Wrap It

I had an X3M non-comp for awhile I had the grill surround and the side vents wrapped Black it came out fine and less money

How much less? Because everything I've quoted here in Miami, wrapping is actually more than buying the parts. Also, I can recoup a portion of the price paid when I return the car to BMW (lease). Conservatively, 30%?

In my opinion, if you can find the parts, it's a no brained to do the parts and not the wrap

Wow, this is really nice! Love the 'chrome delete'.

Btw, do you think yours also fit the one with camera? Does the middle piece (between the two grilles) pop out?

Thanks!

It's a very similar the same part, but the one with the camera has a whole to fit the camera. I think IND has those one in stock for X3Ms as well. But you need to get that specific part.

I’m swapping my side vents today, got the old ones off. Any tricks with getting the new ones on? Did you take the backing off the tape before putting on or clip in and then pull the backing and push down?

It's a lot easier than it looks. If you took the old ones off, what remains is a piece or cake.

You pull the backing off the sticker, place the piece inside the hole (front of the piece in first) and then push down on the back to stick. The piece will click into place, the sticker just keeps the edges flush.

Good luck.
