I've been happy with the eBay specials. Had a set on my 19, and got a new set for my 23. Great fitment. I'd recommend getting plastic rivets and the rivet tool so you can avoid the generally crappy screws they send out. They were about $77 including shipping. The seller I used was carpart777, got my wife's Q5 mudflaps from him as well.

What's the opposite of a recommendation? I got the BMW accessory roof crossbars, apparently made in Germany, and the BMW accessory ski rack. The build quality of both is atrocious. Super cheap plastics and poor design. For the crossbars, the lock cylinders get stuck on the key and get pulled out of the slot entirely. The tolerances on the locks overall is really bad so they easily get stuck in the snow and it takes a long time to fiddle with them. I always make sure the little doors are closed so ice doesn't get inside, but that doesn't help. I had to stop using the BMW ski rack because all the rubber bumpers just fell off leaving bare plastic (maybe I'll figure out a fix for this if I can be bothered to resurrect it). The design of the ski rack was also not very good as it can't fit more than a couple pairs of wide skis. Really not sure how either of these products reached sale, let alone at the prices they charge.
The cross bars also add a ton of wind noise, even just by themselves. With everything on including skis I can't have a conversation with the people in the back over 80 mph. I have a place up in the mountains to store my skis year round, so luckily only have to use the rack now when brining enough guests that their skis can't fit inside. Maybe try Thule or Yakima instead if you're thinking about a roof rack. |

I received all-weather floor mats as part of the build. Normally I would have skipped this if it wasn't included but it's pretty decent looking and can be used year-round if you don't care for the look of the carpet floor mats.

I got the OEM ones that say “X3” on them, I think P/N 51-47-2-450-511. I like them a lot. I never liked the high side WT ones - I feel like if you have that much liquid, it’ll just slosh up the sides when driving. I have used the universal “baffled” style from WT, which I do like, but I really like the X3 OEM ones as well. Fairly high sided, fit perfect, some channeling for liquid, but they look great!

The WeatherTech ones may as well be from Costco by comparison! |

He uses XPEL. Tint seems awfully cheap. My own guy at Alta Mere is charging $499 and he uses Lluminar CTX. THOUGHTS FROM EVERYONE. I'm at the finish line. |

Not OEM but I went with a Carbox trunk tray and customer liner. The OEM tray tends to slip around and the rear edge can deform, plus no protection for loading lip.
