Just picked up my car from service. They did a software update to potentially correct a idrive issue. Not sure what exactly was updated. But I noticed that the car rides smoother and engine seems more responsive. It could just be me going back to my x3m from a camry rental car.

Does anyone know if bmw updated the tune for engine and suspension to align with the lci performance? Or am i just going nuts here.

People say these things are all changed but there is no physical proof in writing that there have been tweaks or refinements to the suspension or engine behavior.

True, but i must say…. I do feel a slight difference. Now this could all be in my head. But they definitely updated the idrive. All of my settings got changed and i had to restore some of my settings. This is why i am asking.

I had it before, also same time comfort access stopped working, solution was to replace bdc module, it had burned fuse inside. so far all good.
