Correction: It does not slide up. I didn’t know that the plastic part of the headrest stays in place. Never seen it raised from the back row. My apologies for the wrong info.

Ended up installing the BlendMount dash cam mount specifically for the F97/G01. The F80 one worked good, but since that one is also made for the F39, I ended up putting it in my wife's car.

Serious question: any chance that gorgeous carbon fiber creates a little bit of a glare/reflection in sunlight for the rear passengers? That might be my only hesitation.

No idea tbh. Rear windows are quite tinted, so I doubt there will be much sunlight glare.

That looks incredible in DG!! I would be worried the shop wouldn't get the color exact but I love this idea. Very well done

i was really into that and someone post that was available for x4m from hamann. i am really obsessed bad axx wide looking. and finally got it. but not sure till installed..

also reached out local custom body shop but they weren't interested to doing wide fender flare. hope it worth it.
