"BMW ConnectedDrive Store is no longer available in this vehicle"

I have tried connecting to Drive Store in my vehicle and always receive this message. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to solve it? I could drive car to shop but I'm concerned it will take a lot of time as any question I had for connected drive they needed ages to cover, so any DYI idea is welcome

The connected drive no longer works in the vehicle menu. You have to view your subscriptions and additional purchase options on the website

Yes, it's really weird. They have connected website that doesn't seems updated at all as no news or info ever provided, on top of it no updates for software and it would be reasonable to expect they would remove shortcut if service is no longer offered in car.

Not to mention whole fiasco with apple car play subscription and google car play not being offered from start and most likely not being offered to id6 but only id7 even though they sell cars with id6. And let's not start hell of using that car play.

I like bmw but they seem so incompetent with implementing new tech it simply is painful.

I believe it shouldn't as I wasn't able to use it but could activate car play. On the other hand, I can't activate MS office even though I have subscription and when I disconnected car play I couldn't connect it again.

Maybe i'm misunderstanding you, but there is nothing wrong, just go to the website as stated in your CID. This is how BMW is communicating the change.

Does MS Office piece only work if you *are not* using CarPlay? I think I may have read that somewhere. Haven't been able to find where to add/log-on to office anywhere. I have every option/feature in my 2020s connected service authorized/enabled.
