Do we know if you will be able to do individual on the X4M? I'm somewhat torn between an M4 and this new X4M, the ability to get the same color on both may have an impact on which I choose.
But at this time new motor/tech > old

As of now, no. Spartanburg is currently not set up for individual colors. Could change in the future, but doubtful.

Seems strange since every M other than the M2 offer it.

I think it's confirmed that there will be full leather. From the pics and walk through videos looks like full leather (a la X5M) on doors/dash/etc. At least it looks like it on the launch interior on the X3M which is the two tone with alcantara. Go look at the 30 minute walk through on YouTube and you will see it when he talks about the interior around the 15 minute mark. But my eyes may be playing tricks on me.

That aint full leather...below is full leather on my X5M.
Having said that however, the F8x "full leather" wasn't the same either. So I don't expect the X3M to offer full leather a la X5M which is a bummer to me

Kidding, but seriously, my eyes must have been playing tricks on me because it kind of looks like leather to me, but it may be the faux leather hard mushy plastic which is a bummer but not a deal breaker for me.

Interesting that M3 gets full leather but this doesn't.

Perhaps I wasn't clear before, the M3 doesn't get "full" leather aka X5M full leather (lower door panels, lower center stack) but merely the dash and upper door trim. I expect the X3M to get the same.

That's more what I was talking about. I was equating M3 full leather and the full leather in the X5M
