Wheel advice

Hi all,

New member here looking for advice. Planning on putting some 20's on my X3MC. Is 20X10 ET33 Front with 265x45x20 and 20x11 ET 30 Rear with 295x40x20
fits? Does someone running this specs? Thanks.

20x10 et33 will require 8-10mm spacers in the front. You will hit the suspension without them.

20x11 et30 will have a slight poke in the rear, most go with et35.

There are lots of wheel offset tools out there, here's one I've used for years:
https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

The factory fitment for the F97/F98 is:
F: 20x9 ET28
R: 20x10 ET39

My HRE set up is:

FRONT 21-INCH WHEEL SIZE: 21 x 9.5 +16
REAR 21-INCH WHEEL SIZE: 21 x 11 +35

I feel like my wheels are flush with the fenders, no poke.

Not sure if it changed but the current OEM 765M wheel specs are 21x9.5 ET31 and 21x10 et39 and the OEM tire size is 255/40/21 and 265/40/21

Same specs for the 892M wheels.

You are correct those are the specs for the 21” wheels, I just stated the 20” wheel specs since the OP was asking about 20s

You are going to have to learn how to use one of the tools if you want to end up with a proper fitting setup. From what I've seen no one is really making a X3M/X4M specific fitment.

I like willtheyfit.com because it also has tire sizes.

Here is what that looks like compared to stock. Sticking out an extra 20mm in the front is quite a bit, 15mm spacers on oem is what most people go with.

Also this thread has tons of good info on what aftermarket wheel specs members have used. https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1949903
