2017 X4 Firmware Upgrade from Q to Y

Hi,

Is there anyone that can help me with how to upgrade the firmware in the ID5 system in my 2017 X4 from Q to X or Y,

I have BimmerCode and looking to ultimately get Carplay to display in full screen.
