Best time to order a new x3

I was wondering what's the best time to order a new BMW X3.. what I mean is if there are any updates for the model year. When do they get put in to production? For instance, new I drive features… or any new model year enhancements.. would it be not till q4 .. or maybe q3 builds? I know there wouldn't be ,any if any upgrades..

Maybe a dumb question I know.. but I keep reading about build weeks and who did or didn't get certain features..mostly idrive enhancements..

I was thinking of ordering around august for a October delivery..hopefully.

I think you're confusing added features with features that have been removed due to the chip shortage. The '22 model year is the LCI, so it's not likely anything will be changed until the next gen.
