Buying Ultimate Care+ to replace brake pads and rotors then cancelling loophole

Ultimate Care Plus is cancelable if used, or past 60 days, for a monthly pro-rated refund. Sorry if same question was asked before, because it seems a lot of confused people struggling to cancel UC+ after 36k miles

So you want to use the service, get your brake job done, then cancel so all the work performed was free?

Pretty sure there’s a clause in there that says minus cost of rendered service to prevent people like you from pulling shit like that. Do you really wanna be doing something like this? Are you unable to afford a brake job?

This is basically like ordering something from Amazon, putting your old broken one back into the box and returning claiming it was broken to begin with.

It baffles me someone would actually ask about this kind of stuff so publicly.

Shh. Don’t give him any ideas to launder his identity. Hopefully, instead he finally learns that some things are just shit things to do.

Shameless why? Fu*k that - I'm with Billy Joel (the Piano Man ;-).

Edge case analogy - you find a "legal" loophole in your IRS system to save you $100k. You'd do it, or you'd take the high ground and say it's bad for the the populous? Ramp that down to $1k, you would pass that opp?

Personally I'd be balls deep in either one - so if the dude can save himself some green legally then let him have it :-)

"IMHO"

It's hilarious to think some schmuck is gonna outsmart overly expensive lawyers that protect and defend the interests of a multi-billion dollar global manufacturer.

I went and read my contract, there's always a way out for them. This is the part for CA. Bunch of states have similar riders.

Let's be perfectly clear: You'd never find me in a scenario where I need to find a loophole to save $100k,especially with the IRS because I know better than to fuck with, test or toe-the-line,especially that particular branch of the Gov. I'm not a lucky or fortunate individual. However,I do understand your ananolgy.

I busted my ass the old-school way to afford everything I have without loopholes or putting myself or family in a possible legal situation. If there are any such loopholes to be explored I consult the proper Professionals before I just go ahead and move on it. If the consultation netted a 50/50 chance of risk that I'd get away with it(using the loophole),I'd opt out.

Just who I am,clearly you and I are not of the same cloth. So yeah mate, fuck that. I stand by my statement of shameless.

The Feds couldn’t get Al Capone on legit criminal charges

They needed the IRS to get him behind bars

Whats funny is that the IRS doesnt care where your income comes from. As long as you report your income and pay taxes on them you're fine... with them.
Now of course if you're swinging dope and report income on that and pay taxes, the IRS will simply refer you to DEA/DOJ.

You'll never beat The Man.
