PSI Midpipe

Hello,

Currently looking for midpipes for an X3M I have coming in next month. Pretty much down to two: AA Single and PSI.

I've tried reaching out to PSI to ask some questions but it seems like they're non-responsive. Did anyone here get the PSI midpipe installed? Their site has two videos:
https://precision-sport.com/products...h-flow-midpipe

The side-view flyby sounds *very* raspy and completely different from their clip just below, which has a much more refined sound. I'm thinking perhaps one has a valve controller and one doesn't. Anyways, any help in decision making here would be appreciated!

After the release of our X3M/X4M midpipe, one of the main requests that got was to adapt it for the X3M and X4M platforms.
Huh?

What a horrible website. The page for the midpipe just shows outside & inside pics of an X3M, with no pictures of the midpipe. lol

PSI finally got back to me after a couple weeks—looks like they were busy with an IRL event.

They sent two pictures:

This is awesome. I bet this new equal length mid-pipe might sound better then the none resonated AA unit because it has the x-pipe crossover in the back / rear section. Can't wait to hear this on a X3 MC soon!

One turbo is further than the other, and this doesn't have the S bends to make up the difference, so this doesn't look equal length?

Yeah pretty sure it's not equal length. I personally don't like the sound of the new AA equal length, but also the AA single is a little boring. This is a happy median. This looks like most of the X pipes out there, like Akra or Fi, except without a resonator. We'll see how it sounds!
