Early shift light and power reduction

2023 X3M Comp, 7,000 miles, break in service performed at 1,200 miles.
In manual mode my yellow shift lights start coming on around 5,000 rpm, then red at around 6,000 rpm and starts pulling power, (see attached pics). It has always done this when in manual mode. In auto mode it pulls right up to 7,000 rpm on tach and has no power reduction.
Has anyone else had this problem? I figure it’s a software problem but wanted feedback before I take it in.
Thanks.
