Yes, ticket raised with the development team after supplying them with various bits of info like phone versions, app version, screenshot. They warned me to expect something like a 6 week wait, which is a bit mad for a piece of software in active development!

So updated everything deleted app and reinstalled done 3 trips and nothing on app about trips, what am I doing wrong?

Yes agree a possible a backend server issue. Though my speed camera warnings showed up within 12 hours of subscribing...

It show all the stats for your last trip. Where you drive to, a maps showing your trip mapped out, the time it took, mileage, average MPH & your MPG for the trip. it's pretty cool.

I also noticed it only shows my trips when I drive in my app & when my husband drives it shows his trips in his app.

It also gives a summary of all your tips for the month.

I’m a bit confused by the journey data in the car display, versus what the app provides. Looking at the 27 miles (across two trips) travelled today, the car gives 46mpg. The app shows gallons per 100 miles, but does this provide the same mpg as the car journey data ?

Latest update is that BMW support have advised me that the car software version is a year old (07/2021.55), and needs updating in order for this feature to work. It just happens I had already asked BMW a few weeks ago if there is a newer version available for my car, and was told there was not. This correlates with the car and app both reporting no remote OTA upgrade is available...

They've advised I need to contact my local retailer to ask for my car to be updated (it's less than a year old...).

Noticed they've released 2.9.2, and the 'My Trips' feature has now appeared in the app (despite support telling me a dealer needs to update my iDrive software as no OTA update is available to upgrade from 07/21).

Overall a pretty nice feature, shows September monthly usage, with various bar charts showing electric Vs non-electric distances. Then the ability to review individual trips, again showing fuel consumption in gallons per 100 miles, electric consumption as number of kilowatt hours per 100 miles, C02 produced and average speed.

Would be useful if the combustion figures could be changed to display MPG instead.

2.9.2 not available for me. US apple app store.

Got 2.9.2 yesterday. Trips weren’t there yesterday but they magically appeared this morning!

Very cool feature. Even tells you the amount of fuel you used

Thanks, but I already tried that and no joy. Not sure if BMW set this by market of if there is some other trick. It like tyre pressure in bar or psi etc.

I finally got mine to work yesterday. I updated the phone app.
I updated the apps in the car
I hard reset the Idrive (more than once)
Not sure what worked by My trips appeared in the data policy and bingo.
