Hey guys my wife's x3 sunshade and sunroof doesn't open but the sun roof opens only when I do the reset it the sunshade doesn't work even during the reset any ideas? Thanks

Happened to a couple of years ago (2018 X3). Needed a new sunroof motor part - sent from Germany - took a wee while.

Hope it's not the motor I'm out of warranty. This x3 has been to shop more times than I can count.
