Plus, I am a HUGE fan of the F90M5. If the TTS did not exist, I would have the F90 and X3M. F90 and TTS are the only two “10 second rides” that hits the mark for me.

So would you choose an x3m over an f90?

No. Or the X5M either. F90M5 is the 4 door King IMHO if you are looking for max acceleration, awesome handling, great quality and do not need SAV utility. I need the SAV utility, so I’ll always have something.

4512 IND - 4435 Mine = a drop of 77lbs. Plus another 10 for my "stuff". 87lbs total drop for the Sunroof and Spare. Not bad, only 100lbs heavier than my F90M5

Thinking about trading in my DD (2015 Sierra Denali 1500) for a small sporty suv. Something to compliment my 991.2 GT3. Looked at a X4M in person about an hour ago at the dealer. Not a fan. I think the X3M looks better imo. Either this or a Macan S May be in my future.

Congratulations on your X3MC‼️

Call your Porsche a 911tt, the TTS is garbage by comparison.

Didn't know you sold the F90! Sad news for us Mfivers who look forward to your tips on drag racing.

Hi,
Out of interest - what exact model of Audi TT do you have?
Is it a 2019 TTS or 2019 TTRS?
Reason I ask is that the TTS has a four cylinder turbo engine and the TTRS has a 5 cylinder turbo.
Neither have a flat 6 TT
Cheers
Steve
Yeah seriously I'm like wtf kind of TTS does 131mph trap. Not sure why he he's using that name for a 911 Turbo S. LOL

More pics please! I have not seen a black on black X3M (except on the configurator) pictured anywhere. A real treat if we could see MORE! Thanks!

The S58 is a peach. The S55 feels a bit more brutish, but that’s probably because it isn’t saddled with an extra 700lbs or an automatic transmission.

But to me, the X3MC felt almost as fast in a straight line as an M4... you snooze in the M4, you’re history.

This was my hope for this car given the shared platform components. Can't wait for mine to get here!

TT is synonymous with Audi TT
It's an actual model.

TT would be a difficult acronym to decipher on a BMW forum.

If this was a car lounge I bet most would think Audi as displayed by the responses.

"OP" 😁

Great comparison review!

LoL, I thought the same thing. I might have to look into the Audi TT if it’s faster than the M5. Took me a minute to decipher that he meant a Porsche turbo S.

Haha I can understand the ambiguity. We're used to saying TTS on the Porsche forum so it's just a force of habit.

Congrats OP! Surprised you traded in the F90 already!

Surprisingly, the new m340i will be hitting 4.1 0-60 stock, which is exactly the same as the X3M. I can not wait to see the new m440i and most probably get it in 1.5 years after returning my leased f16. I truly love their current 4 series both aesthetically and the way it drives. These new 3 and 4 series with a tune or a piggyback are beating current M models, which is mind blowing
