Which sensor is this? pic included, thanks 2004 BMW x3

I took off my head again to replace defective coolant pipes for the second time. There is a sensor in the back of the head that I want to replace while I have the head off. Only problem, I am not sure which sensor it is. Can someone please help me identify it? Thanks!

Coolant temperature sensor. Good idea to replace if in there. It's not too expensive.
