RPM Needle Wiggle - Is it normal?

I'm sure I'm just being overly OCD, but I'm a bit hyper-sensitive to everything my car does at the moment, because it just had the valve cover replaced. My car had smoke pouring out of the engine bay about 5 mins out of the dealership on delivery day. Turns out the valve cover was bad, and it was leaking oil onto a very hot part of the engine, immediately causing the smoke.

Dealer fixed it, and by all accounts the car seems fine, however, I noticed this slight wiggle on the RPM needed. It happens when I come to a stop and wait a few seconds, or when I come to a stop and put the car in park. It could just be a normal idle fluctuation, but I wouldn't know because I never paid attention to this in any other car. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't.

Video is attached.

I can't say if it's normal behavior but mine does this as well. Guessing it's as designed

I have a feeling it is, especially given that the refresh rate of this Digital display is probably much better than what an analog could display, especially in such small increments, but it's nice to hear someone else experiences the same.
