M Town Tour doesn't come to Seattle area until September. I'm hoping to have my mind made up before then so I'm expecting a test drive at dealer when they hit the floor.

I have 850i drive in 10 days and hope NOT to have anybody with me! Never had in previous events driving even more expensive cars with BMW or MB

Yeah I'll be around in May and June. Bummer, may as well just go to the dealer and test drive.

Honest question: How is this different then just making a regular appointment with a dealer to take a test drive? Less sales pressure maybe? I'm guessing no...

Maybe otherwise unavailable cars available to drive? The X3M wont be officially released to dealers yet, correct?

This event is co-hosted by the dealer and a marketing team that works with BMW USA. These cars are provided by BMW USA and the test drives are conducted by the marketing team on a predetermined route. There's no guarantee that a dealer would have these cars in-stock for you to test drive so this is a unique opportunity to come drive them. Usually the dealers will have food and deals so it's worth checking out.

I signed up to drive them all too. Different slots 20 mins apart. I'll be there all day. Can't think of a better way to enjoy a Monday off!
