Low beam drivers side headlight not working

Looking for some help with this. I have a 2004 BMW X3 pre-lci with the bi-xenon headlights, recently the drivers side low beam stopped working. The pic is shows the one light that won't work

What I've done so far:

Test headlight on passenger side so I know its not the headlight
Tried a different LCM
Looked for knows blown fuses (not sure if I'm missing any)

It still isn't working, not sure what else to look for or try to get this fixed, some help please.

Does the daytime running light and side marker light illuminate when the switch is in the off position?
