Removing the tie down rails in the boot

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to remove these things,

They are bolted down, and the bolt is under the black plastic cover. I tried to pull the plastic bit out but it doesn't want to budge.

I worked it out. You need to lever out the plastic part. There are two plastic clips on the sides towards the tailgate, pull up from that end and it should then come out.
It is in there pretty tightly !
