Hi NJerts,

I used The BMW Store but tbh - I did not like the service at all. They tried to double charge me for options which were already included in the HEA 3 package. Had I not done the research and looked in to it, I would have paid not knowing.

They did rectify the pricing but it took a lot out of me and really ruined the whole experience for the wife (her first new vehicle purchase since marriage).

Richmond - AutoWest has been good to my family though for what it counts.

I had a similar experience at the BMW store.
Service was inconsistent, sales person was misleading at best,
And the car was not cleaned/prepped for delivery.

I just purchased an i3 from Brian Jessel and they were very professional. They are the largest dealership in Vancouver. Only thing I didn't like was that they inflate their Freight & PDI, and Admin fees so you have to know your numbers

Trading a vehicle is a whole different level where you get nailed.
