Ok. Then I will put it with a McLaren 720s on track and 911 Carrera S will have a surprise. And then I will put it with a Koenigsegg Regera and McLaren 720s will have a surprise...
McLaren 720s its double the price of the Carrera. I was talinkg about cars at the same budget.

Same budget? X3M Comp is from 76k, 911 Carrera S is from 113k. One is an SUV, the second car is a sport coupe.

I think he was referring to the new M3/M4 although they will also be considerably cheaper than a 911 Carrera S. Cayman is probably a more ideal price comparison.

Well, that's even more ridiculous because the new M3/M4 is not even out yet. And once it's out, it will likely cost around 80k.

i truly believe the new m3 is going to drive the government to start regulating cars. it will be the benchmark and force EVERYONE to compete. in turn making relatively normal cars unbelievably fast for the price. this car is going to change the game, regardless.

It's going to change nothing. It will be in line with the competition the same way X3M shows similar numbers to stelvio , glc63s, etc.

X3M COMP with a tune faster than URUS with a tune. The next M3 is going to be an insane sports car.

Does your neighbor have a '20 m550? Because the '20s received a 60hp bump in power.

For sure. Just look what AWD g20's are doing with bolt one and tune. Shit, there's an 11sec g20 330i. Their new cars are stupid quick with just bolt on light tune. We've just seen the beginning. Turbo upgrades will put lots of these cars into 9sec daily driven full interior cars.

It's kinda of obnoxious that things are this way now. Used to take SO much more to get a car into 9's. What's the ceiling going to be? Low to mid 2sec 0-60. How much crazier will we see?

You are delusional to think the new m3 will be one of a kind among other manufacturers. It will be the first AWD M3 yes, but it will fall inline with BMWs M Brand hierarchy. It will still be the fastest M3 ever and maybe the best handling ever but the sport sedan segment has almost peaked performance wise. Now is the time for using that peak performance while improving battery range, recharge speeds and shit.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

Lemme see if I can find his Instagram again. Pretty sure he's part of that "1stock crew" from NY that street race a bunch of different BMW.

Eh, never mind. It was 11.53 sec 100-200

I'm an idiot. Misread it

I think those changes will be noticeable as well, and it will be interesting to see how the change is received by enthusiasts.
I think handling and overall feel will be amazing. You really can't go wrong with AWD.

I can't wait to see what it does after some tuning. I might just have to purchase one down the road.

I have wondered the same thing. It's wild when an off the showroom floor vehicle can run that fast. A 9 sec vehicle is far too fast for most people on the road. They should start requiring special M drivers licenses to drive those things.

For most of people that don't track you just can't go wrong with AWD
Rain, cold, winter is where AWD just has huge advantage.
Plus mine F90 M5 handelt surprisingly good with that much weight and AWD
Felt almost like M3

For sure. It's crazy that some kid can drive his parents Tesla p100d that does low 2 sec 0-60. You ever been in a car that does sub 3 sec 0-60? It's almost scary. That's a missile. And just any old idiot can just go buy one of these missiles
