Finally got a chance to take it out for some daytime photos. I tried to get a few lighting conditions, and of course one last one in the stable.

Not to rub it in, but carving the canyon really made me appreciate the M sport steering

On a side note, we should really have more snow for this time of year.

Looks fantastic Sor.

How do you like the sport seats? Enough side bolster support?

It really hugs me, and I'm a pretty small guy at 5' 5" and 135 lbs.

Cool. I'm yet to see it in person without the ventilated seats.

Same here, all the cars I have seen so far have ventilated seats too.

I’m loving the sensetec in that color combo.
Disappointed I couldn’t get sensetec.... but cognac looks great... so I’m looking forward to mine arriving in march.

Not sure if I'm more jealous about the steering wheel or the beautiful area you live in! Great pics!!

Cognac looks so good, definitely the best in my opinion of available options—too bad BMW won't let us have it ventilated , which is a must-have for me. Will have to live with my second-choice, Mocha.

From a pure looks standpoint, I agree--liked the Cognac the best. My prior car (a Lexus) had similar color seats though and after 6 years or so, they did show their age a lot and darkened in the areas that were most worn (like lower section of drivers seat), so I went for the Mocha as well. Hoping it will age better as I like to keep a car at least 7 or 8 years.

Question, what is your experience with the M-Sport brakes?

Do you have the idea that it is really different that the 'normal' brakes on the X3?

I got Cognac Nappa in my X6. Love it. Many say durable but I got a tiny 3 mm spec of a scuff. Chalk it up to character marks . Awaiting 30i, got basic black vinyl.

BEAUTIFUL combo.....If I didn't opt for my Glacier Silver/Cognac, I likely would have gotten your combo. BTW - are you near Brian Head, UT by any chance? I'm going up there with my new 2019 30i - Jan 19th to 21st with a BMW buddy of mine and his family. Maybe we can do a small meetup? THen you can show us those "winding roads"

Thanks OP for posting! Really awesome looking car and great pictures! Your car looks exactly like mine, 20" wheels, blue exterior, Cognac interior, Fineline Cove matte wood trim, M sport wheel, and... same choice of ambient lighting color! Maybe I should borrow your pics if someone asks me what my car looks like

I'm about three hours north of Brian Head. I do ski a lot, though!
